Responsibilities โข Analyze user requirements and system specifications, particularly in the field of Petroleum Engineering โข Design and develop software applications that meet the needs of the company’s Petroleum Engineering department โข Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and data โข Maintain and troubleshoot software applications, ensuring their optimal performance โข Provide technical support and training to end-users to ensure effective system utilization โข Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in petroleum engineering software |

Requirements โข Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
โข At least 5 years of experience (preferred 10-15 years) as a System Analyst in Petroleum Engineering, Drilling Engineering or similar role in the petroleum industry
โข Strong knowledge of petroleum engineering concepts and processes โข Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java
โข Experience in software development and database management โข Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
โข Strong communication and interpersonal skills
