𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐟 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating and managing Supply Chain documentation that outlines guidelines, policies and procedures. They will work on requirements such as content management and design to ensure all necessary information has been included for users to understand Supply Chain policies and procedures quickly and easily.

𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

The selected candidate will be required to perform the following:

Publish Supply Chain Management Manual editions/Forms/Terms & Conditions (Ts&Cs).

Consolidate multiple Source files into one master file (using Macros)

Create different editions of the Manual (i.e. Services Only, Materials Only..etc)

Quality Assurance of converted data

Design editable Acrobat Forms

Prepare Supply Chain Manual Review Committee (SCMRC) Agenda Binders/SCMRC Minutes of Meetings

Proof read modified Procedure/Ts&Cs

Technical Writing Skills

Good command of English Language (Reading/Writing)

Proficiency of MS applications, Adobe Acrobat and advanced SharePoint

Ability to handle highly sensitive information
