Graduate degree or professioanl certification is a plus. Aramco experience is highly preferred. Possesses self drive, requires minimal supervision, proven track record of HR related achievements

Specific work experience

Minimum 10-12 years of experience, with 5-7 years in HR analysis or HR business partnering, especially in talent management, succession planning, employee selection/evaluation
