Overview
We are seeking AMERICAN AND SOUTH AFRICAN Mechanical Engineers for ARAMCO’s PMT department.
Key Responsibilities
You are expected to perform the followings:
Work as dedicated maintenance engineer handling the metal shop activities, in addition to of stationary Equipment, Structure and Piping systems and corrosion related repairs.
Handle, coordinate and execute projects.
Prepare and Forecast future services and projects.
Handle active maintenance work orders including shutdown items and new work and upgrades.
Handle subsea pipelines repairs including providing detailed repair scopes and in-house design packages.
Structure and civil related work (onshore/offshore).
Defect Notifications Repair Execution.
Plant reliability enhancement.
Minimum Requirements
As a successful candidate, you
Hold a bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering or other advanced professional engineering degree in related field.
Have a Minimum of 15 years of experience with advance knowledge and experience in the field of Stationary Equipment, Structure and Piping systems in addition to corrosion.
Have a knowledge in equipment reliability and failure troubleshooting. The targeted engineer is preferred to have professional engineering certifications like CRMP, TapRoot, FE and PE.
Show good knowledge of the design and operating function of facilities and equipment. Have the aptitude and ability to apply an engineering analysis and appraisal to maintenance techniques and practices.
Have a practical knowledge and experience in maintenance methods & practices including offshore pipelines & platforms structures repairs, welding & fabrication procedures, coating systems and material science.
Have a Knowledge base of the latest developments in oil and gas process engineering technology through work experience, conferences, seminars and professional journals.
Must have a positive attitude, be open to new ideas, and face new challenges and willing to work collaboratively for the company’s best interests.
