Senior 2-Stroke Engine Design Engineer – Employment Solutions & Learning

We are seeking an experienced Senior 2-Stroke Engine Design Engineer to lead the design, development, and validation of mechanical components for large marine and power generation engines. In this role, you will oversee 2D/3D CAD design, ensure compliance with licensor standards and industry regulations, resolve complex engineering challenges, and drive design optimisation for performance, quality, and manufacturability.

Location : Saudi

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

Experience: Minimum 7 years’ experience in the design of internal combustion engines, marine propulsion systems, or power generation equipment. Experience must have been in Europe or America.

Skills:

Strong expertise in advanced CAD, mechanical design, materials engineering, and manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of IMO regulations, classification society rules, and licensor design standards.
Proven ability to lead engineering projects, solve complex technical challenges, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
