We are seeking an experienced Senior 2-Stroke Engine Design Engineer to lead the design, development, and validation of mechanical components for large marine and power generation engines. In this role, you will oversee 2D/3D CAD design, ensure compliance with licensor standards and industry regulations, resolve complex engineering challenges, and drive design optimisation for performance, quality, and manufacturability.
Location : Saudi
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
Experience: Minimum 7 years’ experience in the design of internal combustion engines, marine propulsion systems, or power generation equipment. Experience must have been in Europe or America.
Skills:
- Strong expertise in advanced CAD, mechanical design, materials engineering, and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of IMO regulations, classification society rules, and licensor design standards.
- Proven ability to lead engineering projects, solve complex technical challenges, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
