SENIOR CORPORATE COMMUNICATION SPECILIST – Employment Solutions & Learning

Work Location: Saudi Arabia

Experience: Minimum 7 years’ experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a communications agency.

This position is open to Saudi Nationals in accordance with local employment requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute corporate communication strategies and campaigns.
Create and edit high-quality content for executive communications, reports, newsletters, websites, intranet, and social media.
Manage digital communication platforms and monitor performance to optimise engagement.
Lead internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
Oversee Arabic-English translations to ensure consistent, accurate, and culturally appropriate messaging.
Manage media relations, press releases, PR campaigns, and stakeholder communications.
Support annual communication planning and ensure consistent messaging across the organisation.

Skill Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.Strong content writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Experience managing digital communications, social media, and content management systems.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and basic analytics tools is an advantage.

Strong planning, organisational, stakeholder management, and strategic communication skills.
