Job Summary / Objective
The Material Expeditor manages the intake, tracking, and rapid delivery of critical rig tools, spare parts, and office materials. This role utilizes computerized logistics systems to eliminate logistical delays that threaten drilling operations.
Core Responsibilities
- Track Material Dispatches: Coordinate the transport, tracking, and arrival verification of urgent technical supplies to the rig site.
- Log Inventory Data: Utilize personal computers and standard office equipment to maintain digital inventory logs and material manifests.
- Facilitate Supply Communications: Draft material tracking reports and communicate logistics updates across technical departments.
Role Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or such equivalent acceptable to SAUDI ARAMCO.
- Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience, with a preferred background working specifically as a material expeditor.
- Technical Skills: Possess the necessary skills to operate a personal computer and basic office equipment.
- Language: Good command of English to enable effective written or verbal communications.
