Job Summary / Objective
The Emergency Control Center (ECC) Operator monitors live field alerts, manages emergency dispatch systems, and coordinates multi-agency communication networks during critical rig-site or environmental incidents to preserve asset and personnel safety.
Core Responsibilities
- Monitor Emergency Networks: Maintain constant surveillance over field alerting channels, communications software, and critical emergency response feeds.
- Coordinate Response Logistics: Log, dispatch, and track incident data utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, and specialized emergency management software.
- Manage Critical Communications: Deliver clear, high-pressure incident updates and directions across verbal and written English communication channels.
Role Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Diploma in IT or such equivalent acceptable to SAUDI ARAMCO.
- Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of direct experience in emergency management, emergency response, or a closely related field (must include direct experience in responding to emergencies).
- Software Skill: Proficient in standard office applications to include Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Language: Effective oral and written communication skills in English.
