Job Summary / Objective
The Forklift Operator handles material loading, warehouse stacking, and rig-site material movements using heavy industrial forklifts. This position ensures every maneuver complies with equipment capacity load charts and certified safety guidelines.
Core Responsibilities
- Execute Industrial Stacking: Drive and operate heavy industrial forklifts to load, unload, stack, and move heavy drilling materials and palletized goods.
- Read Lift Capacities: Evaluate, interpret, and strictly implement equipment load charts in either English or Arabic before executing any payload lifting maneuver.
- Follow Directional Signals: Receive, acknowledge, and follow clear spoken or signed operational directions in English across active work environments.
Role Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or such equivalent acceptable to SAUDI ARAMCO.
- Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a relevant material handling field.
- Licences & Certifications: Must hold a valid Driver’s License, a valid Saudi Arab Government Heavy Equipment License, and a formal Forklift Certificate. Must be able to pass a formal Forklift Driving Skills test.
- Language: Ability to receive and understand work directions in English; ability to read and understand load charts in English or Arabic.
