Job Summary / Objective
The Tool Pusher supervises all rig floor activities, mechanical systems, and crew assignments on a 24-hour basis. This role functions as the senior field supervisor, managing tool supplies, shift turnarounds, and camp logistics to maintain continuous operational output.
Core Responsibilities
- Supervise Rig Personnel: Direct, manage, and coordinate the entire drilling crew across rotational shifts to maintain target drilling parameters.
- Manage Site Logistics: Oversee material supply lines, drilling tool inventories, and general asset conditions at the rig site.
- Enforce On-Site discipline: Oversee safety standards, rig-floor production metrics, and general trailer camp living regulations.
Role Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: High School Certificate or such equivalent acceptable to SAUDI ARAMCO.
- Experience: Should have at least five (5) years of direct experience in drilling operations.
- Working Conditions: Fully willing to work shift rotations and live under trailer camp conditions across onshore or offshore rig deployments.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s license.
