Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in HR or OD.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Professional Qualifications
SHRM, PHR, or CIPD certification preferred.
- Manage the end-to-end performance management cycle and drive continuous process improvements.
- Implement succession planning frameworks for critical roles and leadership development.
- Maintain organizational structures and develop accurate job descriptions.
- Support strategic workforce planning and manpower forecasting in collaboration with business leaders.
- Execute annual compensation activities, including salary reviews, promotions, incentives, and market benchmarking.
- Participate in external HR and compensation surveys, providing insights to support reward and talent strategies.
- Develop HR dashboards, reports, and metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Draft, review, and implement HR policies in compliance with labour legislation and organizational requirements.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication, analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive continuous improvement.
Expertise in performance management, succession planning, organizational design, workforce planning, and compensation & benefits.
Strong knowledge of HR systems, HR analytics, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
