Job Summary / Objective
The Program Development & Evaluation Analyst builds, structures, and assesses technical workforce training programs within Drilling & Workover operations. This role translates oilfield practices into effective educational materials to scale employee competencies.

Core Responsibilities

Design Training Manuals: Formulate, write, and update specialized training manuals, operational curriculums, and instructional guides.
Evaluate Program Outcomes: Assess, audit, and analyze the effectiveness of active workforce education and training programs.
Integrate Field Terminology: Infuse practical Drilling & Workover operational frameworks into the academic design of training materials.

Role Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor Degree or such equivalent acceptable to SAUDI ARAMCO.
Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of direct experience in training or education.
Technical Baseline: Must possess a strong, documented background in Drilling & Workover operations, with experience in developing training manuals and curriculum.
Language: Excellent command of both oral and written English.
