ARAMCO RIGGER NEEDED IN SAUDI – Employment Solutions & Learning

Job Summary / Objective
The Rigger calculates weight distributions, selects appropriate lifting tackle, and directs crane operators during complex material-handling maneuvers. This position enforces safe slinging practices and mathematical precision to prevent rig-site lifting incidents.

Core Responsibilities

Execute Safe Slinging: Inspect, select, and secure specialized rigging tackle, slings, shackles, and lifting hooks to payloads.
Apply Load Metrics: Analyze crane safe-lifting capacity charts and convert load metrics across kilograms, pounds, and tons prior to any lift.
Direct Lifting Maneuvers: Issue clear, standard hand signals to crane operators during live lifting and positioning workflows.

Role Requirements & Qualifications

Education: High School Pass or such equivalent acceptable to SAUDI ARAMCO.
Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of relevant rigging experience.
Language & Mathematics: Sufficient English and mathematics capabilities to read and accurately apply crane safe lifting capacity charts, and perform weight conversions between kilograms, pounds, and tons.
Mobility: Possession of a valid Saudi Arab Government (SAG) driver’s license for driving a motor vehicle is desirable.
