Job Summary / Objective
The Journey Management Center (JMC) Coordinator monitors and tracks asset positions across transit networks using automated vehicle location (AVL) software to ensure all personnel safely navigate challenging desert or highway routes.
Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate Journey Tracking: Organize, coordinate, and oversee field vehicle journey tracking matrices using automated vehicle location (AVL) systems.
- Manage Telematics Data: Process tracking data, generate movement logs, and report transit non-compliance using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Maintain Grid Communications: Issue explicit routing changes, emergency alerts, and check-in confirmation logs to transport teams.
Role Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Diploma in IT or such equivalent acceptable to SAUDI ARAMCO.
- Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a relevant field.
- Technical Skill: Direct, documented experience with Automated Vehicle Location (AVL) and journey management systems. Proficient in standard office applications including Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Language: Effective oral and written communication skills in English.
