Package Salary : $VERY HIGH MONTHLY PACKAGE SALARY$

Work Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia – Main locations : Jeddah, Ras Tanura, Abqaiq, AlHassa, Riyadh, Dhahran and Yanbu.

👉Travel expenses shall be reimbursed ($500 Max) once the interview process is completed.👈

Candidates who are not willing to travel for the interview will not be shortlisted for an interview.

• Ability to conduct training programs on various topics such as leadership development, team building, communication skills, and management techniques.

• Ability to develop training content and materials based on the needs of the target audience and organizational goals.

• Ability to use engaging tools and emerging technologies in a learning environment.

• Ability to participate and assist in different leadership and management development activities. • Ability to prepare lesson plans, maintain records of training activities and provide consultation and guidance to management on various professional and management development topics

👉Experience
·Minimum of four (4) full-time years ASSOCIATE MANAGEMENT AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS EXPERIENCE
Preferred Skills
·High level of instructional technology skills
·Professional proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office suite)
·Pastoral and student advising experience👈

Proficient command of spoken, written and presentational skills in English
