Minimum Job requirements

Any relevant IT-related BS degree

Minimum 10-12 years of experience, with 5-7 years in general IT support and coordination in a leading company, preferably in the energy sector. Graduate degree or professional certification is a plus. Aramco experience is highly preferred. Possesses self drive, requires minimal supervision, proven track record of IT support related achievements.

Specific work experience

Minimum 10-12 years of general IT support and coordination to end-users, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, followup & tracking of trouble tickets to expedite closure, installation/ configuration /maintainence of entrusted IT assets

Additional Skill Set

Possesses self drive, requires minimal supervision, proven track record of IT support related achievements
