Minimum Job requirements

Any relevant BS degree

Minimum 10-12 years of experience, with 5-7 years in training analysis and coordination in a leading company, preferably in the energy sector. Graduate degree or professional certification is a plus. Aramco experience is highly preferred. Possesses self drive, requires minimal supervision, proven track record of HR related achievements.

Specific work experience

Minimum 10-12 years of training analysis, planning/coordination/scheduling of training plans and opportunities, evaluation of effectiveness of training programs, maintaining material/budgets for training and development

Possesses self drive, requires minimal supervision, proven track record of HR related achievements
